Services are available to clients upon referral. Referrals may be initiated by the client, a friend, parent, guardian, physician, minister, attorney, or school personnel.

Services at North Central are confidential. A summary of our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices will be made available regarding protected personal/medical health information. This is kept in or by this facility.

Fee Schedule

NOTICE TO PATIENTS: This practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. For more information, ask at the front desk or call us at 660-359-4487.

North Central Missouri Mental Health Center accepts Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), most private insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay clients.
